Text of report by Sudanese radio on 2 June

    Sudan and Iran have signed a memorandum of understanding to cooperate in the fields of media and exchange of technical expertise, and coordinate in news exchange between the two countries' media institutions.

    Upon his return from Teheran, General Director of the Sudanese Radio and TV Dr Amin Hassan Umar, who signed on behalf of the Sudanese side, said the memorandum came in the framework of expanding the horizons of Sudanese-Iranian cooperation in the fields of radio and TV.
