Cairo, 10 September: Egypt's Higher Press Council (HPC) will review on Wednesday [12 September] two reports from the journalism practice and legal committee on rumours about President Husni Mubarak's health, HPC's secretariat office said on Monday during a meeting under Shura Council Speaker Safwat al-Sharif, who is also the head of HPC.

In a press release issued earlier in the day, the HPC said that violations were committed by some private papers.
